![]() So we've been sitting in the queue for over a year and they don't have the decency to move us over to a similar card that is being produce or even let us know! I had no clue till I asked in the EVGA forum. Come to find out, both of those cards haven't seen movement in well over a month and EVGA told me they aren't going to produce those cards anymore. Fine, I understand that, so I picked the two best. I had probably 6-7 cards with notifications since last Oct., over a year ago at this point. Neither of these models have made any movement on enewt's report in months, and it doesn't look like Evga is interested in producing any of their lower cost models.Ĭlick to expand.EVGA royally screwed customers. I signed up for the RTX 3080 XC3 Black on and the RTX 3070 XC3 Black on. Of course, enewt's information is based solely on people reporting when they receive a notification-so, if someone receives a notification and doesn't report it, his table may not be completely accurate. You can then get a rough idea of where you are in line based on the last notification sent out for the card(s) you've signed up for. So, you can see the current date/time at which the last notification has been sent for each model. ![]() Specifically, on the Evga forums (in this thread on the EVGA Graphics Cards forum), forum member "enewt" keeps a tally of the most recent notifications sent for each card model based on what people report in that thread. ![]() However, you can estimate where you are in the queue in a thread on Evga's forums. Per Evga's website (once logged in, select "My EVGA", then "My Notifies").ĮVGA Staff and Customer Service do not have access to queue positions or estimated times for your notifies and as such, would not be able to give you that information via phone or email." I would really appreciate if EVGA would consider this in their decision making and encourage changes which would give a chance to the typical gamer to get any card of a specific series, no matter which one, as fast as possible, instead of forcing us to pick two cards blindly from the start and hope for the best in the months, years to come. No, you cannot verify your place in the queue. 12G-P5-3953-KR 12:48:00 AM PT 3080 Ti XC3 Gaming 3953 * 6:38:20 This system is extremely biased and not advantageous for gamers who do not care which card they get, but who want one as soon as possible since they are using an old rig which can barely support any game in 1440p / 4k ultra. Not to forget that I have been stuck in this current queue for the 3080ti XC3 which hasn't moved in more than two months, one day close to the day I queued. Since the average gamer who change rig every 3-4years does not have a high score, even with elite and a few products registered (since they were prior of 2019), and we cannot find information on which cards are going to be produced and distributed in masses for years to come anywhere on the internet, making it impossible to know which model to queue for in advance, we should be allowed to change our queue to different products of the same series when we see that one product is suddendly moving much faster, as it is currently the case for the RTX 3090, which I didn't expect to go that fast, otherwise I would have kept that notify enabled and I would have gotten a card Today. Both current queues (2.0 and 3.0) require you to enlist for only two cards blindly from the beginning, not knowing what the flow of distribution is going to be in months from now, which could end up in one or two of your card not being distributed anymore. ![]() We are gamers who are playing on an old rig and who DO NOT have a high score like a ton of people on these forums who run a business. We just want to get one as soon as possible. As I explained already in this thread multiple times, I am pretty sure that there are numerous people like myself who DO NOT CARE which card they get. This shows that since a human does not have the information, the guidance and the capability to make a proper decision on which card to queue for in the beginning, to make sure he gets one as soon as possible, the queue 2.0 should allow the person to switch his two current queues to any he had in the past. Today is the day that I would have got the RTX3090 if I had not decided to remove that notify blindly to keep only 2 (both 3080ti which haven't moved in forever). ![]()
